Mit meinem Bruder (gemeinsame Eigentümer) vermiete ich ab dem 1. Dezember eine ca.23m² große Wohnung im 3.OG nähe Clodwigsplatz.
Die Singleküche gehört zur Wohnung und kann genutzt werden. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne. Der Innenhof mit der großen Birke kann von allen Mietern genutzt werden.
Die Südstadt überzeugt mit ihren vielen Grünflächen, kleinen charmanten Bars, Restaurants, Cafe's, Theatern, Parks, dem Rhein und einem einfach schönen Lebensgefühl. Eine Vielzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Penny, Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Wochenmarkt: Do 11-18 Uhr)
Das Mehrfamilienhaus befindet sich in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße, zwei Gehminuten entfernt von der Severinskirche. Es besteht perfekte Anbindung an alle anderen Kölner Stadtteile Bis zur U-Bahn am Chlodwigplatz braucht man 5 Minuten, wenn man auf dem Weg dorthin noch einen Kaffee zieht! ;-).
