Da ich mich vergrößern will, werde ich meine Einzimmerwohnung am Barbarossaplatz zum 15.03 verlassen.
Ein Teil der Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, müsste für eine kleine Summe übernommen werden.
Die Warmmiete beträgt insgesamt 575€. Da ich schon seit 4 Jahren die Wohnung beziehe, weiß ich noch nicht genau, ob eine Miterhöhung stattfinden wird. Das würde ich aber in Erfahrung bringen falls deinerseits ein ernsthaftes Interesse an der Wohnung besteht :)
