Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich gebe meine kleine Erdgeschosswohnung im Pantaleonsviertel zum 1.September ab.
Infos zur Wohnung: Sie ist ca. 27 qm groß (gefühlte 30qm), besteht aus einem Küchen-Vorraum und einem Wohnraum. Es ist eine Pantryküche mit Kühlschrank eingebaut (die aber für eine solche Küche relativ groß ist). Die Wohnung hat zwei große Altbau-Fenster, welche beide zum Innenhof gelegen sind. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr rücksichtsvoll und ruhig.
Zur Lage: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Eifelstraße. Der Barbarossaplatz ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenfalls ist man schnell zu Fuß am Kölner Volksgarten. Die Südstadt ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
