Für meine Wohnung direkt in der Nähe vom Zülpicher Platz suche ich zum 15.05.2022 eine/n Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung wird unbefristet vermietet und ist für Studenten oder Berufseinsteiger angedacht.In dem Haus ist es ruhig und das Zimmer somit auch für Homeoffice o.Ä. geeignet.Die Wohnung inkl. Dusche und WC hast du für dich alleine.

Die Warmmiete liegt bei 460€ und die Kaution liegt bei 800€. Dazu kommen Internet- und Stromkosten(15€ + 27€).

Im Hinterhof gibt es Möglichkeiten Fahrräder abzustellen.

Sowohl der Vermieter, als auch die übrigen Bewohner des Hauses, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in beliebter Lage in der Nähe vom Zülpicher Platz. In der Nähe liegen die Universität zu Köln, die Stadt-Bibliothek, die Hauptmensa, Banken, Bistros, Restaurants und zahlreiche Geschäfte.
Eine gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist gegeben. Die Haltestellen Zülpicher Platz, Barbarosa Platz und Rudolfplatz liegen in direkter Nähe und werden von zahlreichen U-Bahnlinien (1, 7, 9, 12, 15, 16, 18,) angefahren.

Die Wohnung wird mobiliert abgegeben ( Bett 200x140cm, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl, Kommode) gegen eine Abschlagszahlung von 200Euro.
