Meine helle, ruhige und gut gelegene Wohnung ist für 5 Wochen verfügbar, während ich zu Hause in Neuseeland bin.
5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Rhein, 8 Minuten zum Chlodwigplatz und 4 Minuten zum Ubierring Station (Linie 16 & 15 sowie Bus 133 und 142) - besser kann man den Sommer nicht verbringen.
Die Wohnung ist überraschend hell für ein Hochparterre und hat ein großes Zimmer mit Tür zu einer netten Küche. Der Eingang hat einen kleinen Flur (Walk-in-wardrobe Vibes) mit Türen zum Hauptzimmer und zum Badezimmer, das sogar eine Badewanne und Fenster hat!
**WICHTIG** Nur befristet vom 10.07.2022 - 13.08.2022 (plus/minus ein oder zwei Tage)
Nur Nichtraucher und leider keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Preis von 750,00 Euros ist mit alle Nebenkosten inkludiert (Strom, WLAN usw.)

Enjoy 5 weeks in the amazing Südstadt!!
My bright, chill and well located apartment is available for 5 weeks while I am home in New Zealand.
With a 5 minute walk to the Rhein, 8 minutes to Chlodwigplatz and 4 minutes to Ubierring Station (Line 15 & 16 and bus 133 & 142) there's no better place to spend the summer :)
The apartment is surprisingly bright for a lower level and has one main room with a door to a cute kitchen.
The entrance area (Walk-in-wardrobe vibes) leads to the main room and also to the bathroom that has a bath/shower and window!
**IMPORTANT** Only available from 10.07.2022 - 13.8.2022 (plus/minus a day or two)
Non-smokers only and unfortunately no pets allowed.
Price of 750,00 Euros is with all extra costs included (power, internet etc).
