Das Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße..Geschäfte wie REWE, Plus, Aldi sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen..Bis zur Bahnlinie 16 und zum Rhein braucht man 8 min..Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe viele Restaurants, Bäckereien, Eisdiele (sehr lecker!), Friseure, Kioske und eine Videothek..
Im Appartment gibt es einen Schlaf-Wohnraum in dem ein Hochbett steht. Darunter steht eine Couch. Es gibt einen Kellerraum und im Hof kann man sein Fahrrad abstellen.Die Möbel im Appartment sollen für 500€ übernommen werden. Außerdem ist noch zu sagen, dass man Nichtraucher sein sollte..
