Wegen neuer Arbeitsstelle muss ich meine süße Wohnung leide gerade verlassen und suche für eine Nachmieterin.
Ich lasse die Wohnung unmöbliert, allerdings übernimmt die Vermieterin meine mini Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Minibackofen und Doppelkochplatte. Es gibt natürlich Unterschrank mit Spüle dazu und Wandregale statt Wandschrank.
Es gibt auch ein Balkon, Garten, Waschmaschine Keller für Waschmaschine und einziger Keller.
Die Wohnung ist auch vor 2 Monaten kernsaniert.
Due to my new job I have to unfortunately move and therefore am looking for a student to rent my sweet newly renovated studio apartment.
I will leave apartment unfurnished except for the kitchen part which the landlady takes over: fridge with freezer, mini oven and double cooking plate. Of course cupboard and sink are included and the landlady will hang new wall shelves instead of hanging cupboard.
There is a big balcony facing private garden you can use, cellar for your washing machine as well as private cellar.
Apartment has been newly renovated 2 months ago!

Einfach perfekt! Es gibt zwei Bus Haltestellen: 3 Minuten bis Linie 133 und 5 Minuten bis Linie 132 und beide Busse fahren Richtung Dom/Hauptbahnhof (ca. 20 min.) durch Chlodwigplatz (ca. 5 min.). Es gibt auch Bonner Wall Haltestelle (ca. 10 min. zum Fuß) und da gibt Linie 106, Linie 142 (Richtung Universität) und Bahn Linie 17.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
5 Minuten bis Lidl und Rewe. 7 Minuten bis Aldi und Dm. Es gibt auch McFit Studio ( ca. 5 min.), Tedi, Cafes, Bank, Restaurants, Bars und Bäckerei, etc.
Für Jogging gibt es ein Park (ca. 10 Minuten zum Fuß).
The area is amazing! There are two bus stops: 3 minutes till line 133 and 5 minutes till line 132 and both go to Main Station via Chlodwigplatz and Heumarkt. There is also a Bonner Wall stop (about 10 minutes walk) from which bus lines 106, 142 (goes to university) and tram line 17 go.
Shopping:
Lidl, Rewe, Aldi and Dm are less than 10 minutes walk. There is also McFit sports studio (about 5 minutes walk) and many other great places such as Tedi, Cafes, Restaurants (including Sushi), Bars and Bakeries.
If you like jogging there is a park behind the house (about 10 minutes walk).
