Ich ziehe am 1. November um und vermiete meine in den letzten 7 Jahren sehr lieb gewonnene Wohnung unter. Da es sehr wahrscheinlich ist, dass ich dauerhaft wegbleibe, besteht die Chance die Wohnung nach Absprache komplett zu übernehmen.
Mitten im belgischen Viertel, Super Gadtronomie in direkter umgebung, toll für einen Einstieg in Köln
Man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein. Die eine Seite der Wohnung ist zwar zum sehr stillen innenhof, jedoch hört man ganz leicht den club im Erdgeschoss. Mich hat es in den 7 Jahren nie gestört, ganz im Gegenteil: als anwohner hat man kostenlosen eintritt 😏
