Schöne, helle Wohnung mit großen Süd-Ost-Fenstern. Trotz kleiner Größe clever geschnitten mit Kochnische und abgesonderter Ecke für Bett und eingebautem Schrank.
Die Wohnung ist vorerst zur Untermiete, kann aber ggf. übernommen werden. Daher ist die Wohnung möbliert, das Bett gehört jedoch nicht zur Ausstattung, kann aber gegen Ablöse übernommen werden*.
*Boxspringbett Espevar mit Matratze Hyllestad von Ikea, gekauft Mai 2020.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, ist aber bestens angebunden. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Friesenplatz, Brüsseler Platz und Hans-Böckler-Platz entfernt und damit in der Nähe vieler Cafés und Restaurants. Mit sehr gutem Anschluss zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Außerdem befindet sich ein REWE City um die Ecke und zwei weitere REWE und ein ALDI in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Da einige Pflanzen zur Wohnung gehören, ist ein grüner Daumen wünschenswert ;-) Waschmaschine gibt es keine in der Wohnung, eine Auswahl an Waschsalons sind aber schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Haustiere sind im Haus leider nicht erlaubt.

Nice, bright apartment with large south-east windows. Despite its small size, it is cleverly designed with a kitchenette and a separate corner for the bed and built-in wardrobe.
The apartment is initially for sublet, but can be taken over if necessary. The apartment is therefore furnished, but the bed is not part of that, but can be taken over for a fee*.
The apartment is on a quiet street, but is well connected. Just a few minutes' walk from Friesenplatz, Brüsseler Platz and Hans-Böckler-Platz and therefore close to many cafes and restaurants. With very good connections to local public transport. There is also a REWE City around the corner and two more REWE and an ALDI in the immediate vicinity.
Since some plants belong to the apartment, a green thumb is desirable ;-) There is no washing machine in the apartment, but a selection of laundromats are within walking distance.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the house.
*Espevar box spring bed with Hyllestad mattress from Ikea, purchased in May 2020.
