Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Braunsfeld. Die Wohnung hat 25qm plus Balkon, Kellerraum und Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem kleinen Duschbad und einer Pantryküche, die mit einer Durchreiche vom Wohnraum abgetrennt ist. Auf dem Balkon befindet sich zusätzlich noch eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Die Wohnung liegt in Braunsfeld im Maarweg und ist gut angebunden mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Linie 1, 7 und 13 sind innerhalb von 4-10Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Im Stadtwald ist man ebenfalls in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem sind viele Geschäfte (Aldi, Rewe, Hit, Bioladen, dm, Rossmann) und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Vermieterin möchte gerne entsprechende Gehaltsnachweise oder dass ein Elternteil Mitmieter wird.
Die Pantryküche bleibt in der Wohnung und ich würde gerne meinen Kleiderschrank in der Wohnung lassen (ohne Abschlag).
Das Haus ist mit einer Waschküche ausgestattet, in der man mit Münzen die hauseigenen Waschmaschinen benutzen kann.
