Unfortunately, I have to give up my flat. It consists of a small hallway, bathroom, living/bedroom, kitchen and a balcony. Due to the large windows, the flat is always well lit. Since the flat is on the 7th floor, you have a great view of the cathedral, the Colonius, etc. . The building (with lift) is always quiet. There is also a small cellar room.
I will hand over the following things with the flat:

Many connections are in the immediate vicinity. The 140, 141, 142, 143, 13, 1, & 7 can all be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes, which is why you have a great connection to Ehrenfeld (where you are already), to the university or to the city centre.
A Netto supermarket is less than 5 minutes away, and a REWE supermarket 10 minutes. An Italian restaurant and a kiosk with a launderette are practically on the doorstep.
