Ich ziehe zum 1.10 aus der Wohnung aus und suche nach einem Nachmieter für die Wohnung.
Die Wohnung selbst hat keine separate Küche. Es gibt eine Küchenecke vom Vermieter eingerichtet:
- Kühlschrank
- Herd
- Spüle
Das Zimmer ist eigentlich relativ geräumig und es lässt sich viel darin machen, was Ausstattung betrifft. Im Winter musste ich nie frieren und die Heizung musste ich nie voll aufdrehen.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr entspannt und ich hatte nie mit ihnen Probleme gehabt, obwohl ich zum Beispiel ziemlich laut Musik gehört hatte.
Sehr gute Lage. 2 Min zu Fuß und man ist schon direkt am Rhein. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Bio-Markt, REWE, Netto, DM, Kodi, Buchläden usw. (s. Google Street View ;) )
Falls du student bist, wird vom Vermieter eine Elternbürgschaft verlangt. Die Wohnung wird vom http://www.koelner-hug.de/ betreut und falls irgendwas nicht in Ordnung ist, wird alles sehr schnell vom Vermieter erledigt.
