Hallo zusammen,
Da ich vorübergehend mit meiner Tochter verreise,
suche ich einen verlässlichen & verantwortungsvollen Untermieter*in ab Januar 2023.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und hat zwei Schlafzimmer
und könnte somit auch mit Kind oder Partner bezogen werden!
Die Wohnung sollte mindestens drei Monate
mit voraussichtlicher Verlängerung gemietet werden.
Da ich ggf zwischendurch anreisen muss,
wäre es für mich wichtig, einen Schlafplatz zu haben!
Deshalb würde ich eben nur das eine Zimmer (möbliert, 24 qm) vermieten
oder wir finden für den Fall eine entspannte Lösung.
Dafür solltest du offen sein.
Die Wohnung ist ein schöner, heller Altbau von 72 qm und liegt mitten in Deutz!

Since I am temporarily traveling with my daughter,
I am looking for a reliable and responsible subtenant for January 2023.
The apartment is furnished and has two bedrooms
and could therefore also be inhabited with a child or partner!
The apartment should be rented for at least three months
with the prospect of an extension.
Since I may have to travel in between,
it would be important for me to have a place to sleep!
Therefore I would rent only the one room (furnished, 24 sqm)
or we can find a relaxed solution in case.
You should be open to this.
The apartment is a nice, bright old building of 72 sqm and is located in the middle of Deutz!
