The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the high-rise at Rochusplatz. There is a rewe and a DM close by. The KVB (top "Rochusplatz" with lines 3 and 4) can be reached in one minute walk. The city centre can be reached in about 10 minutes.
It is also not far to the Cologne-Ehrenfeld railway station (about 15 minutes inward the Venloer Straße through Ehrenfeld).
In addition, if you have a car, you can quickly get a free car park in the area and no local parking card is required.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock des Hochhauses am Rochusplatz. Dort befinden sich ein Rewe und ein DM unmittelbar in der Nähe. Die KVB (Haltestelle „Rochusplatz" mit den Linien 3 und 4) ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt lässt sich damit in ca. 10 Minuten erreichen.
Auch bis zum Bahnhof Köln-Ehrenfeld ist es nicht weit (ca. 15 Minuten stadteinwärts die Venloer Straße durch Ehrenfeld).
Zudem wenn man ein Auto besitzt, kann man sehr schnell einen kostenfreien Parkplatz im Umkreis und es wird kein Anwohnerparkausweis benötigt.
