Since I am not in Cologne for 2 months, I rent my very bright and spacious apartment in Ehrenfeld for the intermediate rental and leave all furniture, dishes etc. in:)

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. In the basement there is a washing machine that can be used for 2-3€.

You are fast in the green belt and both by bike and by train in 10 minutes in downtown.
The KVB stop is 4 minutes walk and supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away.

I feel very comfortable here and would like to give my home in reliable hands.

Da ich für 2 Monate nicht in Köln bin, vermiete ich meine sehr helle und geräumige Wohnung in Ehrenfeld zur Zwischenmiete und lasse alle Möbel, Geschirr usw drin :)

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und einem kleinen Bad. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die für 2-3€ mitgenutzt werden kann.

Du bist schnell im Grüngürtel und sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit der Bahn in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Die KVB Haltestelle ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß und Supermärkte sind 5-10 Minuten entfernt.

Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl und würde mein Zuhause gerne in zuverlässige Hände geben.
