Ich verreise und biete hiermit meine Altbauwohnung in Köln-Ehrenfeld für kurze Zeit zum Aufpassen und drin wohnen an:
Gepflegter Altbau, nette Nachbarn, ruhige Lage (okay..den Nachbarsjungen eine Etage drüber hört man manchmal beim Bauklötzespielen -nervt aber gar nicht)
UND SEHR GUTE VERKEHRSANBINDUNG (Bf Ehrenfeld 3 Gehminuten, Venloer Straße um die Ecke, Subbelrather auch...Einkaufen, Trinken, Essen, alles super. In der Stadt ist man auch ganz schnell. Hurra.)
Die Wohnung ist möbliert:
Bett 140cm, Küche mit Waschmaschine; kein Kleiderschrank, aber dafür ne alte Truhe; Hängematte auf dem Balkon mit ein paar Blumen und Erdbeeren;
und WLAN
Hier haust kein König, aber nett und sauber ist es trotzdem.
pro Tag 20 Euro :)
