Hi Everybody,
I am moving out of my current apartment at the end of this month. I would like to give this apartment as a "Nachmieter". It is a small apartment at the heart of the ehrenfeld district. It is just along the hip Venloerstraße, which opens you up to a huge array of restaurants, pubs, bars, döner shops. In 2 minutes walking you have a burger shop, sushi place, pizza place, netto supermarket. The floor is laminated with wood and the house has some basic equipments some of which I would like to sell. There is a cellar in the basement, where you can keep your cycles and other stuff. There is a small backyard behind this building which also has a laundry line to dry your clothes and a few benches to sit in the evening.
I would like to arrange for a house visit on the Sunday of 11th October and prefer the communication to be via email.

The apartment is located at 2 minutes walking distance from the U-Bahn station "Leyendeckerstraße" and 7-10 minutes walking to the Bahnof Köln Ehrenfeld. Normally, it takes approximately 10 minutes to get to the Köln Hbf, 5 minutes to popular area of Friesenplatz (Line 3,4) and 15 minutes to the shopping area of Neumarkt (Line 3,4) by the U-bahn.
