Die Wohnung hat ca. 22qm, wirkt aber dank Hochbett nicht zu klein. Die Küche ist separat und geräumig, ausgiebiges Kochen ist also kein Problem. Internet ist da, und wenn ihr pfleglich damit umgeht, dürft ihr auch meine Plattensammlung durchstöbern und hören :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Pellenzstraße und somit am Rande von Ehrenfeld. Die Haltestelle "Piusstraße" ist nur ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt und mit den Linien 3 und 4 ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt. Ehrenfeld selbst hat alles zu bieten was man zum (über-)leben braucht: Supermärkte und Cafés sind direkt um die Ecke und wer gerne feiern geht findet auch Bars und Clubs in nicht allzu weiter Ferne.
Ich bin bis Ende Februar im Ausland unterwegs und suche daher noch einen Zwischenmieter für den Februar. Eventuell komme ich auch ein paar Tage später zurück, dann wäre die Wohnung den kompletten Februar zu haben. Da bin ich flexibel, also lass uns einfach drüber quatschen.
