Hallo Zusammen,
meine Wohnung steht den September, ggf. Sogar Oktober (das würde sich spontan entscheiden) zur Untermiete zur Verfügung.
Sehr hell, geräumig und alles da an Möbeln und Inneneinrichtung, was man benötigt. Großartige Anbindung an öffentl. Verkehrsmittel (3,4,5, S-Bahn und RE), sodass man sehr schnell in der Stadt ist.
Ich suche jemanden, der für diesen Zeitraum eine passende Bleibe sucht, gerne Berufstätig und ohne Eskalationspartys ;)
Alles weitere gerne im persönlichen Gespräch.

Alles, was zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt wird, findet man in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft: Rewe, Bäcker, div. Restaurants, Eisdielen, Clubs, Büdchen, Fitness & Freizeit uvm.
Bevorzugt suche ich jemanden, der hier keine Partys schmeißen möchte (unser Haus ist eher ruhig). Kontakt gerne jederzeit per Whatsapp oder Anruf, gerne Nachricht auf den AB lassen, falls ich unterwegs bin.
