Hallo Zusammen,
da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehen werde, suche ich zurzeit einen Nachmieter ab dem 1.11 für meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Köln-Ehrenfeld.
Die Wohnung wurde vor ca 1 1/2 Jahren neu renoviert, ist 33qm groß, schön hell, besitzt eine schöne Küchenzeile (mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Spüle und Backofen) und einen sehr schönen Balkon zum Hinterhof hinaus.
Sie liegt super zentral. Ca. 5 min vom S-Bahnhof Ehrenfeld (allerdings hört man davon gar nichts) und nur 5 min bis zur Venloer- und Subbelratherstraße. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.
Den Kühlschrank, Backofen/Herd, Gaderobe im Flur, sowie die gerade neu eingebaute Spüle und Arbeitsplatte würde ich für einen kleinen Abschlag in der Wohnung lassen.
Die Miete beträgt 470 Euro warm.
