Hallo zusammen,
ich bin gerade im Ausland und suche jemanden der meine Wohnung für 3 Monate übernimmt.
Perfekt geeignet für einen Musiker, da ich selber Musikerin bin und ein Klavier in der Wohnung steht. Die Wohnung ist im Altbau und man sollte daher auch nicht zu laut oder zu ungünstigen Zeiten musizieren. Die Wohnung hat nur eine etwas sporadische Küche. Bin minimalistisch mit einem Reiskocher und einer Herdplatte ausgekommen. Es gibt ne Waschmaschine und einen Wasserfilter in der Wohnung. Und auch sonst angenehme Nachbarschaft und trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof ist es relativ ruhig. Eventuell ist es möglich länger in der Wohnung zu bleiben. Aber das ist noch nicht ganz absehbar.
