Einzugtermin ist flexibel. Ich bin ab dem 28.01 im Ausland. Der Schlüssel kann auch danach übergeben werden. Für den Januar entstehen keine Kosten. Also Miete dann feb, märz, april, mai.


Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad. Es ist klein aber funktional. Ich werde den Großteil meiner Sachen in Keller bringen (natürlich nicht die Möbel).

Es gibt so etwas wie eine kleine Küchen Ecke. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Induktionsfeld, Tisch Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine steht in einem kleinen Raum im Hof. Du kannst natürlich alles benutzen.

Das ganze Haus ist mehr wie eine WG. Jeder kennt jeden. Aber du hast deine eigene Wohnung. Wenn du mal was brauchst kannst du aber jeden fragen.

Du bist so etwas wie die/ der Routerbeauftragte, da dieser bei dir steht aber noch von anderen mitbenutzt wird. Sollte es mal ausfallen einfach aus und wieder einstecken. Kommt eher selten vor.

Dafür ist das Wifi umsonst. Du zahlst nur die Kaltmiete + Strom und Wärme. Es ist gebau das was ich zahle. Also würdest du es fann direkt an die Vermieterin zahlen, die auch im Haus lebt.

Da es ein altes Haus ist, ist es eher hellhörig. Die Familie über dir pflegt ihre Mutter. Es kann öfter mal gestaubsaugt werden. Ich hab mich drann gewöhnt. Du solltest aber nicht super empfindlich sein was Geräusche angeht.

The date is flexible. I will be abroad from 28.01. You can get the key from someone living here. There is no charging for January. So the rent would be due feb, mar, apr, may.

The apartment has a living and a bed room. There is also a private bathroom. Everything is kinda small but functional.
I will remove most of my stuff, so that you can organise yourself (not the furniture of course).

There is a small kitchen like area. It's equipped with a microwave, water cooker, induction plate, rice cooker and a table dishwasher. Feel free to use everything. I would send you some instructions how to use the dishwasher.

Its is an old house. Its more like a WG, everyone knows everyone, even we all are having our own apartments. The landlord is living in the building too. Everyone is super nice and supportive.

The WiFi router is in the bedroom. We are sharing it, so you would be kinda responsible if it doesn't work to unplug it for a few seconds. You know the drill. But uts ok if it doesn't happen instantly. Maybe when you are back home in the evening.

Therfore, the wifi is free. You are only paying for the room, electricity and for the heater.

Its the same costs as I pay. So you would just transfer the money to the landlord directly.

As I mentioned, the house is old. If you are sensitive to noises like people walking upstairs etc, this place probably isn't for you. I am very sensitive to noises but got used to it. The family above me takes care of their grandmother. So there would be some vacuum cleaning and a washing machine once in a while....

There is actually a washing machine in the backyard wich you are free to use too.
