Hallo zusammen,
von Ende Juni bis Ende Juli stelle ich meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Porz-Ensen zur Zwischenmiete. Alles in allem nehme ich 330 EUR für die Wohnung. Und das hier bekommst du dafür:
Eine 26m² Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Parkettboden, bestehend aus:
- einem größeren Zimmer mit breiter Fensterfront mit Ausblick auf eine große Grünfläche - im Sommer sehr angenehm da die Sonne nicht reinbrennt. Zur Austattung gehören eine Kochnische mitsamt Spüle, Waschmaschine, Backofen/Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Hängeschränke etc.; einem Schreibtisch, Regalen, Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und was man eben sonst so braucht. (über Fernseher und Co lässt sich reden)
- einer kleinen Diele
- einem Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche
Die Wohnung liegt eher ruhig, in direkter Rheinnähe (ca 3 Gehminuten) und nahe der Haltestelle Ensen-Gilgaustrasse (Linie 7 Richtung Zündorf, fünf Gehminuten). Für KFZ-Besitzer: Vor der Wohnung gibt es Parkplätze, zur Autobahnauffahrt (A4) fährt man grob fünf Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Penny, Apotheke) sind knapp 100 Meter weg.
Dazu gibts Internetflatrate und Telefonanschluss.

From end of June to End of July you can live in a fully equipped 26 m² flat with wooden floor in Cologne. The total price is 330 EUR including everything you need for daily live (bed, writing desk, racks, wardrobe), a kitchenette with washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave etc. A small bathroom with combined shower and bathtub. Internet flatrate is included.
One side is a large window front with a view on a large green area. In a 5 minute radius by foot you reach supermarkets, the tram (line 7, approximately 15 minutes to the center)and the rhine. There are parking lots in front of the house and the "autobahn" is about 5 minutes by car. If you´re interested please let me know. Hear you soon, Gerry
