Hallo zusammen,
da ich ab Januar für 6 Monate ins Ausland gehe, suche ich eine Zwischenmieterin. Es ist eine wirklich schöne 30qm große Wohnung mitten in der Stadt. Durch die kleine Schlafnische, fühlt es sich an wie eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und das Duschbad gefliest. Die Wohnung ist im Friesenwall über einem Club. Da die Wohnung aber im 4. OG ist, bekommt man nicht viel mit. Die UBahn Station Friesenplatz ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ich lasse meine kompletten Möbel in der Wohnung. Es ist schon sehr Mädchen eingerichtet von daher fühlt sich ein Mädel denke ich wohler. Einen Waschmaschinen Anschluss habe ich leider nicht aber der Waschsalon ist 5 min entfernt. Die Kochnische hat zwei Herdplatten, einen Mini Ofen und Mikrowelle. Ein Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden. In der oben genannten Miete ist alles enthalten, Strom, Internet und die Möbel. Falls ihr Fragen habt, bitte einfach melden.
Die Haltestelle Friesenplatz ist ca 3 min Entfernt und alle Geschäfte, Bars und Cafés sind um die Ecke. Zum Hbf sind es ca 10 min zu Fuß oder zwei Stationen mit der Bahn.
