Da ich für drei Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich meine wunderschöne und ruhige 32 qm große Wohnung in der Friesenstraße zur Zwischenmiete. Es handelt sich um eine vollmöblierte 1-Zimmerwohnung mit Einbauküche, Duschbad und Balkon in bester Sonnenlage.
In meiner Wohnung befinden sich ein Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, 160cm Bett, moderner Fernseher, Esstisch und ein allseits beliebtes Expedit Regal.
Sie befindet sich zentral gelegen in der Friesenstraße, in einem Hinterhaus und ist somit vollkommen geschützt, was den Lärmpegel am Wochenende in der Friesenstraße angeht.
Die nächstgelegene Bahnhaltestelle ist am Friesenplatz, von dort aus fahren die KVB-Linien 3,4,5,12 und 15. Zum Bahnhof Köln West sind es keine 10 Minuten Fußweg.
