Die 40 qm Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich in einem großen Einfamilienhaus. Sie hat 2 Zimmer; Schlaf und Wohnzimmer und ein eigenes Bad. Die Räume sind hell und freundlich und frisch renoviert.
Eigener Kühlschrank sowie Mikrowelle sind vorhanden.
Sie standen bisher unser Tochter -selbst im Studium- zur Verfügung. Die Räumlichkeiten werden derzeit nicht genutzt. Wir würden diese gerne an eine Studentin vermieten; allerdings Nichtraucher :-))
ausgezeichnet. 3 Gehminuten zur S 11 Richtung Köln in 13 Minuten am Dom Hautbahnhof.
