Hallo Ihr Lieben,
ich würde meine 44m2 Wohnung (eigener Anbau, somit "eigenes kleines Häuschen") in Holweide gegen eine in der Stadt tauschen (Hauptsache gute Erreichbarkeit nach Ehrenfeld+ Deutz, sowie Balkon/Terrasse oder sonstwas für meine beiden Katzen).
Meine aktuelle Wohnung zeichnet sich durch seinen Garten, vieeele Parkplätze, sowie Ruhe aus!! Wer also vielleicht ein Parkplatzproblem, keine Lust mehr auf Krach, einen Freund in der Gegend, etc. hat wird mit dieser Wohnung sehr glücklich! zudem habt ihr eine separate Küche, sowie ein 15m2 Bad!!!
Ich könnte bie zu 500€ ausgeben =)
