Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG (DG). Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung liegt nach hinten raus und ist somit vor dem Verkehrslärm der Bergisch-Gladbacher-Straße geschützt. Sie hat mit dem Nachbar-Appartement einen kleinen Vorflur, der nach Absprache genutzt werden kann und durch eine weitere Tür (verschließbar) vom Treppenhaus getrennt ist.
Die Pantryküche besteht aus einem Zwei-Platten-Herd, Kühlschrank und Spüle mit Unterschrank.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal: 5 Min. Fußweg zur Haltestelle Vischeringstraße (Stadtbahnlinien 3, 13 und 18) oder Johann-Bensberg-Straße (Buslinie 157 z. B. zur S-Bahn Holweide, zu Fuß auch in 10 Min. erreichbar.)
