ich vermiete meine schnuckelige Wohnung für 1,5 Monate- Option auf länger evt möglich.
Die Lage ist Super! Total zentral, Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustüre, etliche Ubahnlinien 4Gehminuten entfernt.
Drin lasse ich dir einige Dinge, wie z.B. Matratze, Küchenutensilien, Kühlschrank etc.
In der Miete ist alles enthalten. Kaution sind 400€. Bad teilt man sich mit 3anderen netten Menschen. Der Wohnraum und die Küche sind aber nur für dich :-).
Die Wohnung hat große helle Fenster und einen tollen Ausblick(z.T. bis zum Dom und in der anderen Richtung bis Ehrenfeld).
