Die Wohnung liegt zentral mit direkter ÖPV - Anbindung (1 x
Appellhofplatz - direkt vor der Tür oder Neumarkt ca. 3 Gehminuten). Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe Fußläufig zu errreichen (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, DM, Rossmann sowie Karstadt bzw. Galeria).
Unsere Vermietung wird mit einer Mindestmietzeit von 2 Jahren vertraglich vereinbart.
