Das Bad überzeugt mit Fenster und Badewanne.
S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Konsumtempel jeglicher Art, sind in zwei Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Klavier darf gerne übernommen werden. Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine gegen einen Abschlag von 200€ auch. Aber alles kein Muss.
Zur Gesamtmiete von 420€ kommen nochmal ungefähr 40€ monatlich für Strom dazu.
Die Robertstrasse ist sehr ruhig gelegen. In zwei Minuten ist die U-Bahn Station
