Hi, ich suche ab dem ersten August eine/n Nachmieter/in für diese Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist 25 Quadratmeter groß und hat einen Balkon. Sie liegt in Kalk und ist sehr gut angebunden. Es fahren von der nächsten U-Bahnstation alle 5-10 Minuten Bahnen in die Innenstadt und zur Universität. Die Wohnung ist bis auf die Küche nicht möbliert. Für die Küche hätte ich gerne 350€. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es im Gebäude leider nicht und ist in der Wohnung auch nicht anschließbar. Der nächste Waschsalon ist max. 10 min entfernt.
