Die Lage in unserem Privathaus erfordert ein hohes Maß an gegenseitiger Sympathie und Rücksichtnahme. Wir sind flexibel, was die Mietdauer angeht. Es wird aber kein unbefristetes Mietverhältnis geben.

Bei Interesse bitte PERSÖNLICHE Vorstellung mit Bild und Kontaktdaten. Kommunikation auch in Englisch oder Französisch möglich. Unpersönliche Anfragen oder solche, die offensichtlich nicht passen (mehrere Personen, unbefristet,…) werden nicht mehr beantwortet.

Helles, ruhiges Maisonette-Zimmer in unserem Einfamilienhaus aus den 1920ern, zentral aber ruhig gelegen! Voll möbliert und ausgestattet.

Zimmer/Ausstattung:
2.Stock: Gemütlicher Wohnraum mit Sofa, Schrank, Tisch und Stühlen, kl. Regal und Behelfsküche (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Basis-Geschirr).

Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, WC, Waschmaschine, Trockner, die Geräte nutzen wir gemeinsam. Bad ansonsten zur alleinigen Nutzung.

3. Etage/offenes Dachzimmer: Doppelbett, Stoffschrank.

Im wunderschönen, grünen Klettenberg, direkte Parknähe, ideale Anbindung ÖPNV und Autobahn. Wochenmarkt vor der Tür, alle Geschäfte des tgl. Bedarfs um die Ecke. Nette Restaurants, Cafés, Kino, etc. Universität, Uniklinik per Rad oder Bus in 10 min. Innenstadt 10 Min.

The location in our private house requires a high level of mutual sympathy and consideration. We are flexible as far as the rental period is concerned. However, there will be no open-ended tenancy.

Bright, quiet split level room in our 1920s family house, centrally but quietly located! Fully furnished and equipped.

Room/Facilities:
2nd floor: cozy living room with sofa, wardrobe, table and chairs, small shelf and makeshift kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, basic dishes).

Daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer, we share the appliances. Bathroom otherwise for sole use.

3rd floor/open attic room: double bed, fabric wardrobe.

In one of Cologne‘s most popular living areas, green Köln-Klettenberg, direct park proximity, ideal connection public transportation and highway. Weekly market on our doorstep, all stores for daily needs nearby. Nice restaurants, cafés, cinema, etc. University, Uni Klinik by bike or bus in 10 min. City center 10 min.
