Bright 1-room apartment good connection and lots of nature Helle 1-Zimmer-Wohnung gute Anbindung und viel Natur

The apartment is really located directly at the railway station Klettenbergpark der Line 18, but you can also walk within 6 minutes to Line 13. Connection is very good! Especially the offer of parks is crazy, you have the Velcro Park in front of your nose as well as the Beethovenpark.

Die Wohnung befindet sich wirklich direkt an der Bahnstation Klettenbergpark der Linie 18, man kommt aber auch zu Fuß innerhalb 6 Minuten an die Linie 13. Anbindung ist sehr gut! Vorallem das Angebot von Parks ist verrückt, man hat direkt vor der Nase den Klettenbergpark an sich sowie den Beethovenpark.

Noch wichtig: Der Vermieter wohnt im Haus, schräg unter der Wohnung. Ihm ist es wichtig dass eine Person einzieht die ruhig ist und sauber und ordentlich. Ihr müsst es nicht in euren Text schreiben aber nur dass ihr es zur Kenntnis genommen habt.
