Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Dachgeschoss-Wohnung in Köln-Sülz. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Flur, abgetrennter Wohnküche und kleinem Bad. Im Schlafzimmer und Flur liegt Laminat, in der Küche PVC und das Bad ist gefliest.
Die Küche sollte übernommen werden. Dazu gehört ein Gasherd, ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Hochtisch mit 4 Stühlen. Im Keller steht noch eine Waschmaschine, die ich, genauso wie Vorhänge und andere Kleinigkeiten auch noch drin lassen werde. Insgesamt hätte ich gerne noch 400 VB dafür.
Die Wohnwand und der Kleiderschrank können nach Bedarf auch übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer top Lage. Die Haltestellen Sülzgürtel und Sülzburgstraße sind beide in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Barbarossaplatz sind es ca. 5 Min., bis zum Hbf ca. 15 Min.
Die nächsten Geschäfte (Rewe, Aldi, dm) sind auch in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
