Ich biete eine kleine Wohnung im Uni-Center zur zwei-monatigen Zwischenmiete an, da ich selber umgezogen bin und die Wohnung nun bis zum Ende meines Mietvertrages freisteht.
Trotz der kleinen Größe des Appartments ist alles notwendige vorhanden: Bett, Kochnische inkl. Kochutensilien, Badezimmer, Waschkeller, Internet und ein Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Es ist nicht alles im Besten zustand, dafür aber spott billig für Kölner verhältnisse.
Das Balkon wird mit einem Netten Nachbarn geteilt, der auch Englisch spricht und gerne mal ein Bier mit dir trinkt.
Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe befindet sich z.B direkt gegenüber auf der Kreuzung.
Im Eingangsbereich gibt es auch sämtliche Restaurants, falls man mal nicht selber kochen möchte.
Die Haltestelle der Linie 18 ist innerhalb 2 Minuten erreichbar und die Haltestelle der Linie 9 innerhalb 7 Gehminuten.
Falls man ein Fahrrad besitzt und diese ungern draußen abstellen möchte, kann man diese auch z.B auf seinem Balkon stellen.

I am offering a small student apartment in the Uni-Center for a two-month interim rent, as I have moved myself and the apartment is now vacant until the end of my rental contract.
Despite the small size of the apartment everything necessary is available: bed, kitchenette incl. cooking utensils, bathroom, laundry room, internet and a balcony with a beautiful view. Not everything is in the best condition, but it is ridiculously cheap by Cologne standards.
The balcony is shared with a nice neighbor who also speaks English and likes to have a beer with you.
There are good shopping facilities: Rewe, for example, is located directly across the street on the crossing.
In the entrance area there are also some restaurants, if you don't want to cook yourself.
The bus stop of the line 18 can be reached within 2 minutes and the bus stop of the line 9 within 7 minutes on foot.
If you own a bicycle and don't like to park it outside, you can also leave it on your balcony.
