I'm looking for a person to take over my contract in the I live Community Köln: https://www.i-live-koeln.de/en/.
The apartment is new and completely furnished. It is located on the second floor facing Tel Aviv Strasse. In the building, you can also find common spaces such as a small gym, common kitchen, garden terrace, study room, and laundry room.
The rent is 710 EUR all-inclusive.
In addition, I request the new tenant 350 EUR which accounts for the administration fee I paid when I moved in October last year + the 120 EUR I paid when I moved to a 50 EUR cheaper apartment in April.
You should be either a student or a young professional to take the contract. INTERNATIONALS WELCOME :)
