Hallo Zusammen,
ich suche ab Ende September / Anfang Oktober eine Zwischenmieterin für meine Wohnung für zwei Monate.
Die Wohnung ist 100m vom Gelände der Uniklinik entfernt (Gleueler Straße / Gürtel), 44m² groß mit großem Balkon, anderthalb Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Laminat etc.
Die Möbel bleiben komplett drin (wenn gewünscht), werden aber leergeräumt.
Dauer wäre vom 01.10.2010 bis zum 30.11.2010, es könnte aber schon ab dem 28.09. eingezogen werden und möglicherweise etwas länger geblieben.
Preis sind 440 € all inclusive (Strom, Wasser, Nebenkosten) pro Monat. Kaution sind 900 Euro.
