Ich suche einen Nachmieter/in für meine 30m2 Wohnung am Lindenthalgürtel zum 1.8 oder 15.8.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 305 Euro an die Vermieter, für Strom zahle ich bisher 18 Euro im Monat.
Telefon und Internet habe ich bei Netcologne für 30 Euro/ Monat.
Es sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uniklinik, zur Hauptuni ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in der Nähe (1-5min Gehminuten):
Bäckerei, Apotheke, Rewe, Netto, Rossmann...
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett.
