für meine 35qm Wohnung in Köln-Lindenthal(3. Etage) suche ich zum baldmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Zwischenmieter.
Einbauküche (Küchenzeile), kleiner Balkon, Badewanne, Einbauschrank und Keller mit Waschmaschine (50 Cent / Wäsche). Wohnung mit Teppichboden versehen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 400€. Sehr gute Bahnanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ruhige Lage, 15 Geh-Min bis zur Uni.
