Hallo,
ich suche vom 01.09.2013 bis zum 28.09.2013 eine Zwischenmieterin für eine sehr süße, kleine Wohnung in Lindenthal. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und es besteht ausreichend Stauraum. Eine Waschmaschine im Keller kann mitbenutzt werden. In der Wohnung ist eine kleine Pantryküche. Bei Interesse schicke ich gerne Bilder!
Die Mietebeträgt 450 Euro insgesamt. Das heißt auch mit Internet etc.
Ich freue mich über aussagekräftige Zuschriften!
Die WOhnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtwaldpark sowie zur Dürenerstr. Die Uni ist in 10 Min mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Auch für Pendler liegt die Wohnng super, da der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld sowie der Südbahnhof schnell zu erreichen sind. Bis in die Stadt benötigt man ca. 15 Min mit dem Bus oder der Bahn.
