Hallo ! Ich bin für 3 Monate im Ausland und biete meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Lindenthal zur Zwischenmiete an.
Ich bin vom 18. Okt. bis 20. Jan 2017 unterwegs. Bin aber auch relativ flexibel was das angeht!
In den Gesamtkosten von 495 Euro ist alles drin ! Heizkosten, Betriebskosten, Strom und Highspeed Internetflat (60mbit/sGlasfaser). Wenn du willst optional Sky (Buli,Sport) für 30 Euro/Monat.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche. Ein Bad mit Dusche und einen schönen, sonnigen Balkon. Meine Waschmaschine im Keller kannst du auch benutzen
Zum Arbeiten am Schreibtisch hast du einen entspannten Ausblick in den grünen Hinterhof.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral ! Die Linie 13 ist 500m entfernt. Bus 146 noch näher und fährt dich in 12 min bis zum Neumarkt. Mit dem Bus zur Uni 5min, Mit Dem Fahrrad zur Sporthochschule weniger als 15min.
Lindenthal ist top. Aachener Weiher , Stadtwald, Decksteiner Weiher alles in der Nähe!
Falls du Raucher bist, bitte nur auf dem Balkon! Bis auf Fernseher, Lattenrost und Matratze(1,40x2m) bleibt alles in der Wohnung.
