Hello.
I moved to another city some time ago and promised my flat to a friend of mine but it looks like it didn't work out.
So if anyone is looking for a flat, here is a REALLY good option.
24 (m*m) (LOL).
Main room, kitchen in hallway, bathroom.
25th floor...................
Monthly: 320 euro
Deposit: 300 euro
Couch, Armchair, Microwave and few more things must be taken for 200 euro.
Requirenment by StudentenWerk:
1) Be a student.
2) Have never been main rentor (sub-rentor is ok) of any StudentenWerk "living space".
I will meet possible tenants on Saturday/Sunday, 27/28th to show the flat.
If everything will work out on 29th we will go to StudentenWerk and sign the contract and the same moment you can move in.

The most unlucky one gets the flat.
When I came to Germany I had a lot of problems and this flat was godsend at that moment.
Pretty much the same situation was with previous tenant.
So I want to continue the tradition.
