Da meine Schwester im Auslandssemester ist, ist ihre Wohnung ab sofort bis Ende Mai verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist hell möbliert und gut ausgestattet.
Neben einer separaten Küche mit 2 Kochplatten, verfügt die Wohnung über ein Duschbad mit Waschmaschine sowie einen Balkon, der über den Wohnraum erreicht werden kann.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche können auf Wunsch genutzt werden.
Gesucht wird jemand, der nicht in der Wohnung raucht und die Hausgemeinschaft nicht allzu sehr auf Trapp hält :)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah zur Dürener Straße mit einem Rewe sowie Restaurants uns Cafés in der Nähe. Der Aachener Weiher ist in 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem ist der Stadtwald ebenfalls um die Ecke.
In der Umgebung liegen ÖPNV Möglichkeiten (vornehmlich Bus).
Was den Start der Anmietung betrifft, ist es noch relativ flexibel. Gerne aber so schnell wie möglich. Die Wohnung kann natürlich gerne besichtigt werden :)
