hey hey,
ich werde am 31.7. köln erstmal gen lüneburg verlassen und möchte mein schönes gemütliches zimmer an dich weitergeben.
s ein ca. 16 m2 großes einzelappartment mit bad, pantryküche und teilmöbliert (kleines bett,bücherregal).münzwaschmaschine steht unten im keller zur verfügung.
das zimmer hat dsl flatrate anschluss (20€ mtl.) und tv-kabelanschluss.
aus dem fenster hat man einen wunderschönen ausblick auf mediapark und dom (und das pascha ;-) )
die lage ist super um in die uni zu kommen (13min. mit bus 142), zum hbf (9min. linie 5) sowie zum friesenplatz und zülpicher (5min bis friesenplatz,linie 5) lidl und rewe jeweils 4min zu fuß zu erreichen und ein kiosk direkt unten im haus. was will man mehr?
schaust du noch nach einer guten wohnung zu einem ordentlichen preis, dann ruf mich an unter:
