Meine superschöne Wohnung in Neuehrenfeld wird frei, weil ich in eine größere im Haus ziehe - hier will ich nämlich nicht weg ;) Das Haus ist erst 20 Jahre alt und dementsprechend supermodern - Fußbodenheizung, schickes Treppenhaus, Vorgärten, parkähnliche Anlage rundherum.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Flur mit Einbauschrank - super für Klamotten -, super ausgestattetem Bad und separater Küche mit EBK, die zur Wohnung gehört. Sie ist mit einer kompletten Fensterfront sehr hell und der überdachte Balkon vergrößert sie auch nochmal.
Ich überlasse die Wohnung unmöbliert. Übernahmetermin ist der 1.6., Einzug ist aber flexibel, ich bleibe ja auch vor Ort.
ruhige Seitenstr. in Neuehrenfeld, Bäume, Blick auf Altbau, die Straße runter die Haltestelle Nußbaumerstr., rundherum nur Familien und junge Berufstätige :)
