Hallo zusammen, ich bin auf Reisen und vermiete mein Zimmer deshalb für etwas mehr als einen Monat unter.
Ich würde einen Untermietvertrag aufsetzen, Schlüssel- und Geldübergabe müsste heute oder morgen erfolgen.
Es hat 28 qm, ein separates Zimmer mit Hochbett. Unten kann man gemütlich auf dem Sofa chillen.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht, Waschmaschine gibts auch.
Direkt nebenan ist der Penny und in 40 m gibt es beim alten Kik einen Parkplatz, wo man immer einen Platz findet. Man läuft 5 min zur Leyendeckerstr (Linie 3,4) und 10 min zum Bf Ehrenfeld, wo S- und Regionalbahnen fahren. In 8 min ist man bei der Linie 5 (Subbelratherstr.).
Auf den Fotos solltest du alles sehen. Ansonsten gerne fragen.
