Mein kleines, aber feines 1-Zimmerappartment ist von Februar - März unbewohnt, weil ich Köln leider kurzzeitig verlassen muss.
Hier gibt es alles, was man braucht:
Einen großen Raum (25qm), Flat-TV, Balkon, Schreibtisch, Küche, Waschmaschine, und und und.
Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Die Neusser Straße ist direkt um die Ecke mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe City (geöffnet bis 0:00)), viele Bars usw. Die Bahn-Anbindung ist ebenfalls super. Man läuft unter 5 Minuten zum Hansaring (eine S-Bahnstation bis Hbf) oder Ebertplatz. Der Rhein und der Hbf sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Ihr könnt die Wohnung auch gerne nur für eine Woche oder zwei mieten. (125€/Woche)
