Die Wohnung ist 30qm groß - aufgeteilt in Küche, Wohn-/Schlafraum, Flur, Bad mit Badewanne sowie Sonnenbalkon zum Innenhof. Obwohl sie direkt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse liegt, ist es total ruhig und man hört keinen Lärm wegen der Innenhoflage. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Einzelperson.
Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Das Bad sowie Boden in Wohn/Schlafraum und Flur sind ganz neu, renoviert wurde ebenfalls.
Die Vermietung erfolgt an eine ruhige Einzelperson oder an eine/n Wochenendpendler.
ACHTUNG! Aufgrund von gestiegenen Gaspreisen ist ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Heizung und Warmmwaaser Voraussetzung :)

I rent out my apartment for the following dates: 1.4.-3.6. and mid june (13. or 15.6.) till 5.7., maybe from mid July again. The mentioned rent is a monthly price.
The flat is about 30sqm - separated in kitchen, living-/bedroom, corridor, bathroom incl. tub and a balcony to the inner courtyard. Although it´s located right next to a highly frequented road, it´s really really calm. In total the flat is perfect proportioned.
The flat is completely furnished. Bathroom and floor from hall and bed/livingroom are new. It´s also renovated, too.
I will rent it to a calm person or someone who commutes for the weekends.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. Die Zoobrücke mit Anbindung zur A3, A4 und auch A59 ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt.
Die U-Bahn ist zu Fuß maximal 5 Minuten entfernt, also perfekt für alle, die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Es fahren die Linien 12 und 15 (Zülpicher Platz: 12 Min,. / Hbf: max. 10 Min. inkl. Umsteigen)
Supermärkte befinden sich in 200m Entfernung. (Aldi, Rewe).

The transport connection is absolutely perfect. Highways A3, A4 and A59 are really close (5 minutes).
You reach next metrostation after a 5 min. walk. You can go by no. 12 and 15 (zülpicher platz: 12 min,. / central station : max. 10 Min. incl. changing metros).
Supermarkets you can find in a distance of 200m (Aldi, Rewe).
Ich suche ruhige Personen, weiblich bevorzugt, die gut mit meinen Sachen umgehen und keine Dauerpartys veranstalten, gerne auch Wochenendpendler. Bitte erzählt mir kurz was zu euch, Alter, berufliche Situation, Hobbys, damit ich mir vorab ein kleines Bild machen kann.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung erlaubt. Die Nachbarn sind sehr entspannt.
