Hallo zusammen,
Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter von Ende März bis Anfang Mai. Es handelt sich um eine kleines schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung (ca. 25qm^2) mitten im belgischen Viertel und Herzen von Köln.
Die Wohnung wird allerdings von einer kleinen Katze bewohnt, die auch versorgt werden müsste wenn es geht. Wenn nicht, zieht sie zeitweise um. Allerdings würde ich mit dem Preis runtergehen, wenn sie dort bleiben kann. Normalerweise liegt er bei 390 warm. Internet ist vorhanden.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, es sind alle wichtigen Straßenbahnlinien in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das belgische Viertel ist eins der schönsten in Köln, sehr ruhig und schön gepflegt. Party, Shopping, etc. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.
